Nio is granting the Firefly in China another upgrade. While the power output was increased in spring 2026, the focus is now on the battery and, consequently, the range. The manufacturer has announced an option for a 60 kWh battery. This battery has the same dimensions as the 42 kWh battery, meaning existing customers can also opt for a battery swap.
